Mushroom Ketchup is a collaborative throwback to the original fermented condiments that inspired tomato ketchup. Using a variety of locally foraged mushrooms and vinegar from Lindera Farms, the Mushroom Ketchup is more like a Worchestershire sauce in it consistency and flavor. The label channels the groovy, psychodelic style of the 1960s that makes a great aesthetic for a shroom-based sauce.
