Montmorency
Montmorency is a cherry balsamic fit for a Michelin-starred kitchen, and that's exactly where it's being used. Made in collaboration with the renowned Inn at Little Washington, this product takes the Inn's orchard-grown Montmorency cherries and transforms them into a sweet, syrup-y balsamic.
The label is inspired by Arts and Crafts movement designer William Morris' elegant wallpaper
designs (a favorite of Chef Patrick O'Connell!) The pattern is an entanglement of cherries, cherry blossoms, and magnolia flowers.
